One Direction brings life to the desert in the official visual for their brand-new number one single "Steal My Girl". The chart-topper is the lead single from the English-Irish boy band's upcoming fourth studio album 'Four', set to be released on November 17, 2014 via Columbia Records and Syco Music. The track was written by Wayne Hector, John Ryan, Julian Bunetta, Ed Drewett and band members Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. It was produced by Bunetta, Pär Westerlund and Ryan.
In the music video, directed by Benjamin and Gabe Turner, the boys exit a trailer as they're about to shoot a music video in the middle of the desert. They await the arrival of the mystery director who happens to be the legendary actor Danny DeVito himself. He leads the boy band in a new direction and teaches them how to make art and assigns each one of them new monikers. With Harry Styles as Love, Niall Horan as Light, Liam Payne as Power, Louis Tomlinson as Danger and Zayn Malik as Mystery, DeVito proceeds to realize his over-the-top artistic vision that involves sumo wrestlers, a cute chimpanzee, tribal and ribbon acrobatic dancers, ballerinas, mimes, circus performers and lots of colorful balloons. The epic clip culminates with all the performers dancing in the rain.
